PROGRESS

Completed Project

A key aspect of the proposal is its productive rooftop landscape. A series of greenhouses introduces urban cultivation as an integral part of the building’s identity.

Herbs, fruits and vegetables grown on-site are used directly within the café and restaurant, establishing a tangible link between production and consumption. This relationship transforms everyday routines into educational experiences, embedding sustainability and awareness into the daily use of the space.

The building accommodates a diverse programme, including a computer room, a photography studio, an art gallery, as well as a café and a small restaurant. Rather than treating these functions as separate entities, the design frames them as interconnected
layers of activity. Spaces flow into one another, encouraging movement, interaction and a constant exchange between creative work and social life.

The project is designed exclusively for a client.
